Ticket Terms and Condition

Ticket Info

  1. Ticket will be sent via email provided in the order within 3 hours of payment. 
  2. Tickets cannot be returned nor refunded.
  3. If contains suspicious ticket ordering action, LOSTCONTROL remains the right to cancel the tickets bought. 

Event Info

  1. Each ticket contains one QR Code. One customer per QR Code is allowed to enter the venue. Screenshots of QR Code will not be accepted. LOSTCONTROL remain the right to restrict entry if ticket does not comply. 
  2. If the event is unable to be held at the scheduled date due to external factors, LOSTCONTROL remains the right to reschedule prior notice.
  3. Only when rescheduling is unsuccessful, refund process will then only be processed.

Audience Guidelines

  1. Each attendee must present a valid e-ticket for entry. Seating is first come, first served.
  2. Doors open at 7:00 PM. The show starts promptly at 8:00 PM.
  3. Just wear something—anything. If you’re easily cold, bring your partner. If you don’t have one, just bring a jacket.
  4. No food, chewing gum, or similar items allowed inside. Water bottles, flasks, and drinks with lids are permitted.
  5. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited. Flammable or explosive items are not allowed.
  6. To ensure the best experience, please set your electronic devices to silent or turn them off.
  7. After the show, please take all personal belongings (including your partner) and exit as instructed by staff. Do not crowd or linger inside the venue.
  8. The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice (but don’t worry—we won’t suddenly ask you to leave your partner behind).

觀眾須知

  1. 每人憑電子票入場，座位先到先得
  2. 演出7pm開放入場，8pm正式演出
  3. 衣服有穿就好，怕冷可以帶另一半，沒有的話就帶外套
  4. 禁止將食物、口香糖等帶入場內（水瓶，水罐，含蓋飲料可入場）
  5. 場內禁止吸煙或使用明火，嚴禁攜帶易燃易爆物品。
  6. 為了保障演出效果，請將電子設備調至靜音或關機狀態。
  7. 演出結束後，請觀眾帶好自己的隨身物品（包括另一半）按工作人員指示退場，請勿擁擠及場內逗留。
  8. 主辦方有權保留修改條款與條件權利，恕不另行通知（放心不會突然要你把另一半留在場內）。

票務資訊

  1. 票券將於付款後三小時內寄送至訂單所提供的電子郵件。
  2. 票券不可退換或退款。
  3. 如發現可疑的訂票行為，LOSTCONTROL 保留取消該訂單之權利。

活動資訊

  1. 每張票包含一個 QR 碼，每位顧客僅能使用一個 QR 碼進場。截圖之 QR 碼將不被接受。如票券不符，LOSTCONTROL 保留限制入場之權利。
  2. 若有不可抗力因素導致活動無法依原日期舉行，LOSTCONTROL 保留重新安排的權利並將提前通知。
  3. 僅在無法重新安排活動的情況下，方會啟動退款流程。
