All items are pre-order items and will begin shipping in late February 2026.
Most orders are expected to be delivered before the concert on 14 March 2026.
However, delivery timelines may vary, and slight delays may occur depending on courier arrangements

Delivery Information

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

After your order has been shipped out, you will receive the tracking number via email.

Kindly check your SPAM/JUNK folder in case the email was filtered there by accident.

Delivery Fee:
• West Malaysia: RM10
• East Malaysia: RM25
• Singapore: RM60

Shipping & Processing

Please note that all delivery dates are estimates.
We shall not be held responsible for any losses, costs, or damages arising from any delay in delivery.

Shipping Address

Once an order is confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
Please ensure all information is accurate before checkout to avoid any inconvenience.

Order Combination

Orders with different order IDs cannot be combined.
Shipping fees apply to each order separately.

Cancellation, Return & Exchange

All pre-order and limited-edition items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless defective.
