All items are PRE-ORDER items, unless otherwise stated.

Orders are expected to begin shipping from late November 2026, and we aim to have all orders delivered before 7 December 2026.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Kindly check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you do not receive the email.

Delivery Fee:
• West Malaysia: RM10
• East Malaysia: RM25
• Singapore: RM60

Please note that orders containing multiple items will be shipped together once all items in the order are ready.

All shipping and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

LOSTCONTROL shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Once an order is confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Please ensure your name, contact number and shipping address are correct before checkout.

Orders with different Order IDs cannot be combined.

Shipping fees apply to each order separately.

All pre-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless defective.
