Merchandise Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- You must provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the product, its packaging, and the defect.
- Please contact our customer service via WhatsApp (+6018-2855832) within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Our team will review the video for inspection. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be declined.
Please note:
Recording the unpacking process is required to ensure proper documentation in case of any defective item.
The following conditions are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund or exchange:
• Measurement deviations within 1–3 cm
• Small stains or minor loose threads
• Slight detachment or snags
• Minor color variations between batches
• Damage caused by human actions or improper handling
This policy applies to all merchandise sold by Lost Control Studio.
