Ticket Info
- You will receive your ticket within 12 hours of payment via email.
- Please bring along your NRIC/myKad to any offline events as you might be required to verify your identity before entering venue.
- Tickets cannot be transferred nor refunded(Tnc applied).
- Please refer to the date and time specified on your ticket according to each event.
What Payments Do You Accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), Touch 'n Go e-wallets, FPX, etc.
How Will I Receive My Ticket?
After purchase, tickets will be sent to your email address in PDF format with a QR code. We recommend either printing your tickets or having them available on your mobile device.
You will have to present the QR code to our staffs during each event.
How To Check-In Tickets?
- Kindly arrive 1 hour earlier before the event starts.
- Follow the instructions of our team and standby at selected waiting areas.
- When check-in begins, present your ticket QR to our team to proceed with check in. Once the info is verified, you will be led inside the event.
- Congratulations! You are in the event!
Are Tickets Refundable?
No, refunds are not available. Refunds will only be processed if the event is fails to reschedule or canceled by the organizer.
